2024 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Report Affirms Strategy, Celebrates Progress
By Jake Stevens / 04/24/2024 / Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Paramount to accomplishing any goal is creating a way to measure your progress. That’s why, for several consecutive years, GM Financial has published an annual diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) report.
The online report pairs data with storytelling, creating a comprehensive picture of the company’s efforts and goal progression. This creates a highly visible benchmark for team members within the company as well as members of our global communities, elected officials and even our peers at other businesses.
Beyond demonstrating the tangible, positive outcomes our DE&I strategies have created, the report serves to celebrate our team members, reflect on exciting innovations and reaffirm our aspirations, beliefs and commitment to DE&I principles.
As its title, “Taking the Lead,” suggests, this year’s report details the company’s journey to becoming a DE&I leader in our industry and beyond.
Company leaders, including President and CEO Dan Berce and Chief Diversity Officer Shunda Robinson shared their perspectives on what it means to stand apart in the DE&I space, challenging others to embrace these important beliefs in the face of mounting scrutiny.
Download the 2024 report now to read more about who we are, how we’re producing strong results and why we’ll continue to passionately pursue our DE&I goals.
